What counts as a valid enquiry?
An enquiry with a real name and working contact details, for a service you offer, in your area. We don’t charge for duplicates, fakes or sales pitches.
Is the ad budget included in the price?
No. You pay your ad budget directly to Google and Meta, with no mark-up. The price per enquiry is the fee for our work.
How does the price fall with volume?
At lower volumes the price is €4.00 per enquiry. As your monthly volume grows it gradually falls, reaching €1.50 above 2,000 enquiries a month. The volume you reach applies to every enquiry that month.
How many enquiries can I expect?
It depends on the service, the area and the ad budget. After analysing your market, we’ll give you a realistic estimate before we start.
When does a fixed monthly fee make sense?
When you want a fixed cost regardless of how many enquiries come in, or when enquiry volumes are high. We set the amount after assessing your market.
How long is the commitment?
We recommend at least three months, so the campaigns can build a steady flow of enquiries. The notice period is one month.
Can I add email marketing?
Yes, as an add-on service: €650 a month plus €1.00 for every order from email, + VAT.
